专利摘要:
A catenary mast for overhead line systems of electric rail vehicles is designed as a spring pair with two interconnected in the region of their ends form tubes (1, 1 ', 2). As a result, it is also possible to arrange guides (6, 6 ') on the forming tubes (1, 1', 2) for a carrier (7, 7 ') which extends upwards the forming tubes (1, 1', 2) and which has a carries the overhead line (14) supporting arm (13), wherein the carrier (7, 7 ') in the guides (6, 6') is displaced and lockable. 公开号:AT515083A4 申请号:T206/2014 申请日:2014-03-21 公开日:2015-06-15 发明作者: 申请人:Karl U Albert Kruch Ges M B H & Co Kg Ing; IPC主号:
专利说明:
The invention relates to a catenary mast for overhead rail systems of electric rail vehicles. The previously known catenary masts are made of concrete or are designed as metallic lattice masts. Concrete masts have the disadvantage that they are e.g. in the case of an unintentional start-up, damage can be suffered, which for the time being are not recognizable at all, but can ultimately lead to the destruction of the mast. The production of steel lattice towers is relatively expensive. Aging due to corrosion and cracking is controllable over concrete pylons. The invention has for its object to provide a roadway mast for overhead line systems of electric rail vehicles, which is simpler and safer than the known masts. This is achieved in that the mast is designed as a pair of springs with two molded tubes connected together in the region of their ends. Spring pairs are known in the art, in particular, as rectangular spring pairs, the moment characteristic of these flexible springs being extremely favorable during bending. The manufacture of a catenary mast according to the invention is relatively easier compared to known masts. In known masts, the attachment of the boom for the support of the overhead line usually takes place by means of denmastumgreifenden clamps, which are braced by screws. In a necessary change in the amount of Contact wire must be solved a variety of screws, the boom moved and the screws are tightened again. Such a process is cumbersome and expensive. The invention has provided, using the inventive driving line mast, an arrangement which makes it possible to achieve a change in the precise height of the overhead line or the traveling wire in a much simpler manner than was previously possible. This arrangement according to the invention is characterized in that guides are arranged on the forming tubes for a carrier which extends the forming tubes upwardly and which carries a cantilever-holding cantilever, the carrier being displaceable and lockable in the guides. If, in a trolley system equipped with a trolley mast according to the invention, the height of the trolley wire must be changed, the detection of the carrier in the guide is released and the carrier is shifted to the desired height. \ This is particularly simple if, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, a screw acting on the support and a fixing screw on a guide are arranged. All you have to do is loosen the fixing screw and adjust it to the desired height by operating the adjusting screw of the carrier, whereupon the fixing screw is tightened again. In a particularly assembly-friendly embodiment of the invention, the support is designed as a T-steel beam or a double T-beam, preferably a wide-flange beam, which has a notch by means of which it can be inserted into a guide. This makes it possible to mount the boom on the support prior to its attachment to the mast and then insert, move and fix the completely pre-assembled support in the area of the notch in the guide. In a further embodiment of the invention, one of the two forming tubes is extended upwards with respect to the connection of the molding tubes, and the roller of a wheel-clamping mechanism is fastened to the extension. In the following, the invention will be described in detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings, without being limited to these examples. Showing: Fig. 1 is a side view of an inventive Catenary masts for overhead line systems of electric rail vehicles; Fig. 2 is a view of the catenary mast according to the invention, transverse to the view of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the catenary mast of Figures 1 to 3; Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a catenary of another embodiment of the invention; FIG. 5 shows on an enlarged scale a detail of the embodiment according to FIG. 4. FIG. Referring to Figs. 1 to 3, a traveling-line mast according to the invention comprises two forming tubes 1 and 2 connected at the bottom by a connecting piece 3 and at the top by a connecting piece 4. At the connector 3 Winkel5 are attached, which are bolted to a foundation (not shown). At the upper connector 4, a guide 6 is fixed to a support 7, which is vertically displaceable in the guide 6. At the lower end of the carrier 7 engages a adjusting screw 8, which is screwed at an angle 9, which is connected to the forming tubes 1 and 2. In the guide 6, a fixing screw 10 is screwed, which acts on the carrier 7 to determine it. On the carrier 7 at 11 and 12, a known Z-boom 13 is attached. This keeps the contact wire 14 in the desired height above the track (not shown). If the height of the contact wire is changed over the track, only the fixing screw 10 needs to be loosened and the screw 7 of the support 7 has to be adjusted vertically by corresponding screwing. Upon reaching the desired height position, the fixing screw 10 is tightened again. In Figs. 4 and 5, the same reference numerals are used for the same parts as in Figs. 1 to 3. A difference compared to the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3 is that the one shaping tube 1 'of the mast is extended upwardly relative to the connecting piece 4. At this extension, the roller 15 is attached to a Radspannwerkes whose weight 16 spans the overhead line. A special feature which makes assembly much easier is distinguished by this embodiment from the variant described in FIGS. 1 to 3. The carrier 7 'is preferably formed as Breitflanschträger and has a notch 17. The guide 6 'consists of two parts, wherein between the two parts is so large a distance that the carrier 7' in the region of the notch 17 in the guide 6 'can be used, whereupon it is displaced vertically and fixed with the fixing screw 10'. For the sake of clarity, Fig. 5 shows the forming tube 1 or 1 'in the non-extended embodiment. Numerous modifications are possible within the scope of the invention. Thus, the carrier 7 'may not be formed as breitflanschträger, if he has sufficiently wide flanges for attachment of the notch. An alternative to the illustrated prior art Z-cantilever could be used to suspend the trolley wire 14. Also, for anchoring the mast, a piling tube could be provided in the earth, the space between the inserted end of the mast and the ram being filled by a compacted mass, especially ballast.
